The most important part of a session is recording. Our goal is to capture the best recorded performance with different microphone techniques, rather than "fixing it in the mix". The studio is equipped with state of the art equipment included; Rupert Neve mic pres, Anthony DeMaria Labs 700 tube channel strip, SSL channel strips & API EQ's.

After miking and recording, mixing is where we "sweeten" and enhance the captured audio. Every project is different, but mixing usually includes; EQ, compression, reverb, delay, etc. This process is done using industry standard DAW's including: Pro Tools and Studio One Professional. Plugins range from Waves Audio, Native Instruments, Antares Autotune, Universal Audio, and many more.

How Much Does it Cost To Record at Precision-Tune Studios?

Pricing depends on the amount of hours you'll be booking. Our standard hourly rate is $60 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Discounts apply when a certain amount of hours are booked. Call us today to schedule a free studio tour or to get a customized quote!

Is Mixing & Mastering Included with Recording?

The time we spend during a recording session is strictly focused on getting the best performance and quality from the talent (you). If requested and time permits, a "rough mix" may be provided until you're ready to pay for Mixing & Mastering services.

How Much Does Mixing & Mastering Cost?

Rather than paying by the hour, you'll be charged a flat fee for mixing & mastering services. Each project is different, pricing depends on the amount of songs we'll be working with as well as the amount of trackouts/stems being provided.

I Don't Need Mixing & Mastering, Can You Provide the Session Files?

We can provide you the trackouts from the session but there may be a small fee if we go past the scheduled studio time, depending on how long it takes to export and transfer the files.

I'm a Producer/Engineer, is the Studio Available for Freelancing?

Whether you need the space to create beats, record or mix for your own clients, the studio is available for you to use. Qualified producers/engineers are welcomed to book the studio at a discounted rate.
